very clean, convenient to concert location. 1 min walk across the street to the Field House. All of the staff was super nice from the moment I walked in to valet parking. The bartender, restaurant staff, front desk staff, housekeepers were very polite and courteous. The lighting in the bathroom was perfect for makeup application. I had the Salmon & Brussels for dinner and it was absolutely delicious. I felt like it was cooked with love. The morning breakfast was awesome, hot choices and fresh fruit and delicious coffee. I couldn’t ask for a better stay. next time I will stay longer so o can use the pool.

The staff from the time we walked in the door until the time we left, each and every employee went out of their way to take care of us. A gentleman name Gregory was extremely nice and helpful. As we were leaving to come home he seen us and made sure everything was fine with our stay and then invited us back this summer and was telling us everything he knew that was going on around the Hyatt downtown. We are now checking out our schedule to see when this summer we can return at his request. All We can say is what an AWESOME PLACE. Thank you for the employee's you have.

This hotel offered nice accommodations for our single night stay in Indianapolis. The room was clean, the facilities were safe, the staff was nice, and they were able to accommodate us on short notice.

The bed was comfortable. Nice shower. TV was large and quality picture. Very friendly and informative staff in the bar and restaurant area. Breakfast was the second best on our trip out of 4 hotels.

The location was in walking distance of everything which was nice. The double blinds were nice to help block out the light, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Accommodations were nice and we were right across the street from the concert venue. The room was quire comfortable and the check in was smooth
